SME Advantage was founded by Seb Ellson and David Egerton. Between them, they have owned, run, worked in and consulted for SME's in the UK and beyond. Seb and David's knowledge and experience of what works (and crucially, what does not) in SME's is crucial to the work SME Advantage does for it's clients.

We have the passion, desire and drive to help other small businesses through the ups and downs on the road to growth that we’ve also faced over the years. I'm hugely passionate about helping business owners succeed and achieve their business goals and I love understanding what businesses do and how they operate. I am responsible for business development at SME Advantage and so I love the fact that I get to chat with business owners all day long.

David Egerton

With over 35 years’ experience in software and business development, I’ve helped hundreds of small businesses master their processes and optimise their workflows. What sets me apart is my personal approach, working closely with business owners and their teams to set and achieve goals, identify inefficiencies and use the power of technology to transform their business from within. I’m a pragmatist, always on the look out for a quick win on behalf of my clients, but never at the cost of long term, sustainable success.
